Sicilian cannoli — shells stayed crisp until the very last bite. They were filled to order, not pre-filled. The pistachio crumb on the ends was a nice touch.
Branzino was the right call. Grilled whole, perfect skin, the fennel under it gave the dish that anise note. Olive-oil drizzle finished it. Italian seafood done properly in Skopje.

Panna cotta was silky enough to wobble but firm enough to hold the berries on top. The compote tasted of real wild berries, not sugar.
