Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Demo Pizza. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

1. Return window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging.

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, opened personal-care products, perishables, custom-made items). These will be marked clearly on the product page.

2. How to start a return

Email jhalakr@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason. We'll reply with return instructions within 24 hours.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

4. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

5. Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order anytime before it ships, free of charge. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
