Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Demo Pizza. Here's what to expect.
1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
2. Delivery time
Once shipped, expect delivery in:
- Metro areas: 2–4 business days
- Other locations: 4–7 business days
Times are estimates — courier delays and remote pin codes may extend this.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply.
4. Order tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships. Track it through the courier's website using the link provided.
5. Delivery issues
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected window, email jhalakr@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and update you within 48 hours.
6. Failed delivery / wrong address
If the courier can't reach you (incorrect address, recipient unavailable for multiple attempts), the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges apply.
7. International shipping
We currently ship within India only. Update this section if your shop ships internationally.
